ONLINE school meals
From 6th June all school meals will be ordered via Parent Pay
We would like to draw your attention to the new online school meals process that will begin straight after the holiday. If you did not attend the parent session run by Chartwells this week regarding Parentpay online meal ordering, please do familiarise yourselves with Parentpay over half term. If you have not already accessed your account log-ins have been sent home again this week and you will need to activate these accounts if you wish to order school meals after half term.
If you need assistance the earliest a member of staff will be able to assist you will be on Monday 5th June between 1.30-4pm via the main school telephone number.
· All school meals must be ordered using Parentpay after half term. From Tuesday 6th June 2017 parents must choose a menu option with their child as shown on your parent pay account if they are having a school meal.
. The cut off for school dinners is 9am each school day so please esnure dinner options are chosen online before this deadline on Tuesday 5th June. Dinners can be chosen in advance daily, weekly or even termly. WE hope this will make the ordering process easier and simpler for all.
· Children in FS2 and Years One and Two are entitled to free school meals and therefore will not require payment for meals on Parentpay but the meal choice must still be ordered online.
· Children entitled to free school meals in KS2 will not require payment for meals on Parentpay but the meal choice must still be ordered online.
· In an effort to remove all cash from the school we will not be selling drinks at lunchtime. Water is readily available for pupils to have with their lunch, and throughout the day by bringing their water bottles which they can refill at school.
