This role is crucial in supporting our aspirational and ‘good’ school to continue to improve whilst effectively leading a team of professional and friendly colleagues alongside a team of welcoming, dedicated senior leaders. 

Middle leadership post with KS1 class teacher role.
Dedicated leadership time weekly.

The successful should candidate have: 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to lead a successful team with great outcomes for all pupils
• High expectations and be dedicated to raising standards
• Outstanding drive and leadership skills
• The ability to operate and contribute at a strategic level
• Experience of teaching across all phases but particularly in Key Stage One
• Children’s needs at the heart of their teaching
