New Town Primary School Nurturing Brilliance, Inspiring Ambition

Parents

At New Town we believe a strong partnership between parents and school is vital to helping every child achieve and thrive.  We hold regular Parents’ Evenings to talk about pupil progress, and run workshops on various subject areas throughout the year.  Three times a year every phase of the school produces an 'Our Learning' booklet outlining the learning for each term.  Parents have chance to meet the teacher on the first week of term in order to talk through the routines and expectations of every year group and ask questions about the class.  We are always looking to build and sustain open, honest communication and relationships, and as such have a commitment to an Open Door Policy.  Many of our leaders and teachers are regularly available should you have any questions, concerns or feedback about New Town Primary School.  It is only by working together that we will be able to provide for every child’s needs, academic, behavioural or emotional.  New Town Primary school is a close knit school family, and the foundation of our school is built around respect, love, tolerance and honesty.

Please find links to 'Our Learning' booklets, curriculum details and information about each Key Stage of primary education in the menu or side bar along with important information on uniform, attendance  and ParentPay use within the school.
