School Communications

We are a cashless school and are fortunate to offer all parents the use of a secure online payment system called 'MyChildAtSchool'. 

We have a separate system for booking school meals called ParentPay. 

MyChildAtSchool
This is our school communications app. You will need this to receive any emails, messages or to pay for trips, extra-curricular clubs and ad-hoc payments. You will also be able to see your child's attendance and link siblings to the same account if they both attend New Town Primary or another school that uses MyChildAtSchool. 

ParentPay
Parents should use ParentPay to order school meals online. 

Login details will be given to their parents/carers to activate their account or to add the child to an existing account. 

If you are new to ParentPay, please see attached documents below with presentations relating to different parts of the system.
