Key Stage One Team Leader - now filled
We are seeking a talented, inspirational and dynamic professional to join our large and established team as a Key Stage Leader. This role is crucial in supporting our aspirational and ‘good’ school to continue to improve whilst effectively leading a team of professional and friendly colleagues alongside a team of welcoming, dedicated senior leaders.
Middle leadership post with KS1 class teacher role.
Dedicated leadership time weekly.
Permanent appointment; applications warmly welcomed from experienced leaders,or those new to leadership. Required for September 2024.

The successful should candidate have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to lead a successful team with great outcomes for all pupils
- High expectations and be dedicated to raising standards
- Outstanding drive and leadership skills
- The ability to operate and contribute at a strategic level
- Experience of teaching across all phases but particularly in Key Stage One
- Children’s needs at the heart of their teaching
